Encryption tool for script?

    Hi, I'm new to this forum ... is there an encryption tool that would secure script/creative writing project for windows 10?

    Do many folks encrypt their creative writing projects? It's not something I've ever bothered with.

    The more important thing is keep your devices patched and updated, use strong passwords and change them frequently. Also make sure you have a copy of your work on something like dropbox which will protect you against your PC dying but also allow you to recover from encryption viruses (dropbox keeps multiple versions and allows you to restore).
    Most OSs have encryption available for your home directories or for the whole drive which is no harm to enable. If the machine gets stolen you can rest assured that nobody can get to your personal records (providing your machine is patched and you have a strong password which you change often!!)
