I bought these 3 weeks ago and fitted them along with a new chain and casette. They cost me €41 on CRC. I fitted them to my SRAM Force 22. When fitting them they just did not seem to fit correctly, the lower jockey wheel bolt was barely threading in. I tried them for one spin but shifting seemed sloppy. I removed them and when measured they were 0.7mm thicker than the jockey wheels I replaced. HOPE advertise these wheels to fit both Shimano and Sram. I don't have any shimano bike you try them on to see but can definitely say they fo not fit sram force 22. They are as new with minor wear to the purple anodising from one 60km cycle. I dick not try to return yhem to crc as I used them. Happy to post for €30.

Have you tried using the original SRAM bolt? They suggest doing this in one of the Q&As

I'd a problem getting SRAM jockey wheels recently. Ended up with either Tacx or BBB ones. Can't remember.

Yes. Was using original bolts . I have now fitted Tacx. Annoyed to say the least. Have sent a message to Hope explaining the issue.

CRC should take them back, even if used, if you detail the issues as you describe here.

I thought once they are used I couldn't. I will drop them a line and see. Cheers.

If they are not fit for purpose and you have not damaged them, I would see no reason why you could not. Your not returning them because you don't like them, your description implies they are either not fit for purpose or faulty.

The product page @ http://www.hopetech.com/product/jockey-wheels/#tech does say "Note: These Jockey wheels do not fit SRAM rear mechs with two pin wheel location."

Yup. In my own haste I had read mixed reviews of people saying that thy fit sram and had a crc voucher burning a hole in my pocket. Planning to change the bike this year so will possibly hang onto them if I go back to shimano. Cheers.
