Benefits question

Hi all, I am currently in the process of separating from my partner, I would like to know the state benefits that I might be able to get if we separate.
We are not married, we have 2 kids aged 3 and 5, I have a mortgage under my name and I work 18 hours a week for 17K a year.

I would like to know what are my options in terms of the state benefits so that I can take that into consideration when setting the maintenance amount.
