    Guys.

It's a long story so Ill make it quick.

Samsung delivered a new tv to me Samsung QE55Q8CAMTXXU, the screen turned out to be cracked.

Samsung delivered another new Samsung QE55Q8CAMTXXU to me without actually picking up the faulty tv.

I've had the 2nd Samsung QE55Q8CAMTXXU for over 3 weeks now and no word from Samsung about picking up the faulty one.

Im thinking maybe I should sell the faulty tv (good for parts) or fix it but i'm hesitate that Samsung down the line might want it back?

Send them a polite email saying that if it is not collected with 10working days you will dispose of it as you're not in a position to continue storing it.
Day 11 do what you want with it if they have not contacted you
