Netflix Audio Description

    Hi
    not sure if i'm posting in the right place but looking for help with Netflix

    I can't turn off the Netflix Audio Description and it's driving me bonkers :)

    I've been into settings/ accessibility and turned audio description off but it's still playing when i'm watching Netflix

    I've tried lowering the volume of audio description to zero but still playing

    i'd welcome any suggestions cos it's just putting me off using Netflix completely

    OP, what device are you accessing Netflix on?

    thanks I found the off switch in settings
