    Heading to Inchadoney for a couple of nights. Looking for somewhere nice to stay on our way back towards Dublin (long way round is fine). Any suggestions...

    Yes. I have just named random places around the west coast.

    Would be easier if you said what kind of thing appeals to ye. Dining? Walks? Scenery? Nightlife? Romantic accommodation?

    Adare sounds like it would suit.
    Coolbawn Quay on the shore of Lough Derg is supposed to be nice also.

    Cliff at Lyons in cellbridge has been popping up a lot on my Facebook feed these days. Looks like a nice spot. And maybe not as far away as gweedore. Killashee hotel outside naas is a lovely spot too.
