If it's cracked or frayed do not keep using it.

Thanks, that's what I thought, but it looks fairly good. And there's still writing on it...
If you could look at the pic and tell me what you think.

Link doesn't have anything for your photo just bringing to sign up page

    Should there not be numbers

What car is it? What year is it? What mileage is on it? Is it petrol or diesel? Belts are changed either according to age or mileage, looking at it will tell you very little.

No one can determine from a photo or even an inspection the condition of a belt. Even if it looks good it doesn't mean it won't fail 5 miles down the road.

If in doubt just get it changed for piece of mind.

    It's a Kia picanto 2005 1.0 petrol.
Previous owner didn't know when or if it was done.
It has 113km on it, but that's not true either as I found a NCT ccert in car with more miles than it has on odometer.

Do you know what the interval Is? I'd get it done to be on the safe side, irrespective of mileage if it's the original belt it's 13 years old.

Change it. Unless there's absolutely verified and trustworthy evidence that it had been changed previously and you're within the change interval, I would change it on any car. You don't appear to have that, by a long shot. You'll regret if it breaks.

It isn't an OEM belt by the looks of it, so it probably has been changed.

If you want peace of mind though, change it again.
