SUSI - 4th year abroad? Do i qualify?

    One of the main criteria is being a resident in Ireland/EU, for 3 out of 5 years.
    Does that mean I won’t get funding for studying in 4th year abroad?

    I’m going to study a 4 year in Scotland however i’m in doubt would i get funding for 4th year.

    Im certain you do in 3rd year because i will be living there for the past 2 years and entering 3rd.

    Appreciate all advice!
