How to accessorise this dress?

I've got this dress for an upcoming wedding:

I'm planning to wear ivory/gold shoes:

But the top of the dress is very plain (my hair is red and just above my shoulders, fwiw), and it needs accessorising. I'm not good with jewellery, so hoping someone might have suggestions of necklaces or similar that would look good?

Also - ideas for a cover up/something for my arms? I have a white blazer that might work, but I'm definitely open to other suggestions :)

It's a nice dress and I like the shoes but not together. Too many flowers when you wear them together. I would wear simple courts or sandals with stiletto heel. I would add statement earings and maybe a bracelet.

I aged , it needs very little. Simple white or cream shoes. Pearl bracelet and earrings .

Such a beautiful dress. I think you could get away with the shoes as long as you have pretty much no other accessories.

I'd go for non-traditional pearl jewellery - something a bit statementy - and a plain shoe, or a plain gold coloured choker style necklace with clean lines if you go with those shoes. Maybe a simple gold bangle bracelet too.
I think a shawl or something along the lines of a shortish cape jacket would work better than a blazer with that dress - to me, blazers are made for more form-fitting dresses and may not sit well with the fuller skirt.

    Excellent suggestions, thank you!

I hear what you’re saying about the shoes, but my pair are actually very old and most of the flowers have fallen off :D. In reality, the shoes are more subtle and they look well together but I’ll see how they work when I add jewellery and I might go with plain ones if needs be.

It’s a stunning dress, I love it. Because it’s such a rich colour and made from a heavy-ish fabric, plus you have red hair, I wouldn’t actually bother with any kind of statement necklace. I’d let the contrast of the dress and your hair do the talking. Sometimes less is more.
