    Survey cost question

What would be the approximate approximate cost of a structural inspection and preparation of a schedule of structural renovations on a derelict dwelling - walls and roof only remaining?

We paid €350 for a structural survey on an old dwelling we recently bought- it just stated the problems, and did not specify remedial works.

    Wouldn’t expect it to.
I doubt you got a structural survey for €350. Sounds like the typical pre purchase survey unless he opened up the roof coverings, checked foundations, checked all rising walls and structural items, it’s not a structural survey.

The non invasive survey will be as stated.
a schedule of structural renovations on a derelict dwelling

could be very cheap: demolish and rebuild 100 + VAT :D
or else very expensive: eurosX,000.00, not to mind the cost of the work.
