    Hi there, what happens if your sick on day of test - can you produce a cert or do you automatically lose the fee ???

    In short, they will give you another time slot if you tell them in time.

    I m within the 10 days so will have to suffer on id say

    You can call sick within the 10 day period. You’ll then be given 21 days to provide them with a doctor’s cert and you’ll be rescheduled another date without losing your fee.
