My kid wants an away from home party like at a leisure centre but I can bear the idea of buying other kids meat - what do other veggie parents do?

Why would you need to buy meat because the party is in a leisure centre?

I presume the OP is referring to the sausages and stuff available in these places

Out if curiosity what would you propose feeding them at a party?
Will the other kids be abstainers of meat and If not, what will their reaction be to your choice to towards your kid?

Could you possibly request pizza? It's as easy for the venue to cook as sausages/chicken nuggets would be,and most kids wouldn't spot it as being a vegetarian option.
