Retrofitting a heat dump to Solar Thermal

    Hi All,

Our panels are starting to stagnate again and I think that when we're getting the fluid replaced this time we'll install a heat dump at the same time.

My preferred option would be to dump any surplus into the existing rad network.
One of these rads is in the attic and the plan would be to turn off the other rads in the house during the summer.

What do I need to get installed for that and roughly how much should it cost?
Any reasons not to do this?
I'd be asking someone else to do it but would like to get some advice before continuing down this route.

    Tx.
