Hey all, Anyone notice a jump in traffic volumes around 8:30-9am in and around the city? I usually come in from the east side of the city and Tivoli and Horgans Quay have been a nightmare. Schools?

The only other thing I can think of is the fact that the general public thinks the car ban is over and have gotten back to driving. Which has led to increased congestion.
