Did you contact them? It says they try dispatch within 24 hours.

Yeah, they keep telling me it's dispatched and they're confident it'll be with me in their 5-7 working day window, but it's not. I'll mail them again and see what they say

Yes I've ordered things from them a few times and they've taken over a couple of weeks to get to me each time.

Ordered 2 for £22/€27.50 as per my thread yesterday. Paid using PP. Dispatched within two hours of order.

Powerbank apparently uses Anker's own fast charge and voltage boost technology. It is not any kind of Qualcomm QC.

The code (VC5) only gives a £0.60 discount bringing it down to £11.39. If you order 2 they are reduced to £22 which is a bigger discount (£0.99) than the code in OP gives.

Moral of the story........order 2!!!

For anyone thinking of ordering one, the one I bought last week arrived today. I'm pretty disappointed, it's a lot bulkier than the Xiaomi ones I had previously.
Wouldn't really slip it in a pocket as easily.

Feels a bit heavier too, although that might be subjective, I lost my last one so don't have it to compare against. But just based on the dimensions, the Xiaomi was better.

Came with a carrying pouch and a USB (2, micro) cable

Thanks op, I order two as well, I have two xiaomi which are great, I want another to power a Xiamoi rechargeable lamp that does not work without being plugged in and it was way too much of a headache to send it back to banggood
