Any mechanic can fix electrical issue but it depends on what the issue is.
What is wrong, and what car is it?

    Hi,

    '08 VW Polo

I have the NCT on the 5th May and the passenger side window is working from the passenger seat but not from Driver side

The brake light came on the other day and went away the following day (i checked the fluid level that night and was ok) and i changed the brake pads and discs the previous week. Maybe a dodgy cable?

The accelerator pedal , i feel is a bit slow (slow releasing) and i am thinking sensor malfunctioned (don't believe vehicle has throttle cable)

None of those are an NCT fail.

Re window, all that's required is the driver side works.

Re brake warning light, if it's not on now, it won't fail

Re accelerator pedal, as long as you can control the revs, it's a pass
