Commons Road Areas

Looking to buy along the Commons Road area in Navan, are there any especially bad areas to avoid? There have been a few for sale in Ros Na Ri, or up nearer the centre around Parnell park, anyone any opinions about those areas?

I think there is a reason a lot of houses are for sale in there. Good and bad in all of them i suppose Reask , Clogherboy , Townspark would be rough enough claremont to an extent but a lot of decent people in them aswell.
