Who to hire to replace Septic tank perculation pipes?

    Hi,
    I got some landscaping done last year and the level of the site was raise by over a metre. There is water running from our site to a neighbouring field as they guy doing the work seems to have replaced a perculation pipe with a solid pipe ( don't ask!) . i need to hire someone to relay the perculation pipes from the septic tank. Whi do I go to? I asked the waste company who empty the septic tank but they don't do that type of work. Can anyone recommend someone in Galway. I wonder is this an expensive job?
    I want to get  this sorted before it becomes an issue.

    Recommend getting an engineer to comment on site. They should be able to point to a good local guy to use.
