Irish Water Customer Complaint - Open since 9th January

    Hi,

    Could an Irish Water representative contact me directly, regarding a complaint that I issued on 9th January in terms of refunds, and an error in the change of account holder? I have contacted customer support a number of times, who inform me that my complaint has gone to head office and its still being dealt with. This was over 3 months ago now and I would really like to close this.

    I can provide Customer reference ID and Case ID in private message.

    Would you mind sending the following details via PM and we can investigate this:

    - Your full name;
    - Address; and
    - Contact number.
    - Account number
    - WPRN

    If you have the Case ID and customer complaint ID, these would also help.
