Hi all, Top pipe broke off the thermostat on the opel Zafira 2005 1.6 petrol so got a new one all together. I replaced the whole lot. Hi all, Top pipe broke off the thermostat on the opel Zafira 2005 1.6 petrol so got a new one all together. I replaced the whole lot. After tightening everything up and fitting pipes and filling it up I noticed a small drip so took it back out and checked everything including surfaces and cleaned them up etc. The only thing I can think of is the o ring is wrong, its sitting into a flat groove in the housing and yet its a circular o ring and when I tightened it up it doesn't feel like its really compressing anything. Have any of you any advice or am I potentially missing something?
