    I ordered fibre from eir someone was walking around avenue from eir said we can get fttc with up to 80 signed up after a week no info email nothing called eir but it wouldnt connect me cause no account number then went on live chat where they couldn't find the order so they ordered again... Fine after that got email acc number engineer date etc...awesome finally good BB.... Engineer came Friday was meant to come today...nice of him to come early but I was at work luckily one of the lads was staying over....he asked about fibre(my mate asked) engineer went to cabinet and said all yee have to do is tell them that he checked cabinet and we can definitely get it just need to flip switch however he doesn't have an order to do it so he can't touch it went to the cab with one of the lads and even showed them what where and when I rang eir was told deffo can't get it only standard which is up to 24mb (getting 5) and that they don't know when it's available yet engineer from kn network said we can definitely get it... I am fairly disappointed.....what is my next step what do i do?

    Try ordering an upgrade and take note of the cabinet. It will usually have a number printed on it.
    Tlh005 cry001 sfn004

    The letters is the exchange and the numbers are obviously the cab number.
