Cancelled account but still getting bills

    Hi, my Eir account was cancelled on the 19th feb, however I am still getting notification of bills, latest one received today saying I owed more than 60 Euro more than last....as my account is now cancelled I cannot go online to view bills, rang help line and asked for bills to be emailed to me....still waiting....any chance of getting some clarity on why I’m still being billed and what am I being billed for....???
