Cattle Fencing

I've rented a field to a local farmer for cattle for the last couple of years. There's a good fence on the road side but hedge on the opposite side is in bad shape. I'm looking to fence along the length of the hedge, its probably around 220m long.

What type of fence would ye recommend? I was thinking something like 4 strands barb wire, post every 10 feet. Would that be too much/not enough? Any estimate on cost for the job?

Personally would go with 1 or two strands of high tensile wire if there is a fencer there. High tensile would last and cattle respect a shock more than anything. You could put in insulators that allow you to take the wire out by hand if you need to cut the hedge then
