    Having the JSA, if I go to Spain, How much time Can I spend there to still have JSA once I'm back?

    If you apply to SW for holidays in good time then you can go for two weeks.

    Thanks, one more question, I had two wait 3 months to apply for JSA, If I go to Spain and come back, I have to wait other 3 months to be eligible?

    Sounds more like welfare holiday tourist
    You have to satisfy habitual residence to claim welfare, that means you can't be flying back home for a month or so then coming back here to claim welfare and the reason for the 3 months before you can claim welfare.
    You get 2 weeks holiday per year and that's it, unless you are signing off to work for maybe a temporary job you can not just pick and choose when you would like to sign on because you are back in the country
