You'll need to call the number provided or complete the Direct Debit form available in the Credit Card section here. It can't be done through Card Care.

    Thanks

We've no plans to launch a specific Card Care app but you can use the site using a mobile browser.

    Hi,
You mention with Card Care you can

View & Download statements and export details

For export details, can I get my statement as csv/tsv or something else other than a pdf so I can put in a spreadsheet?

I think you where able to do it last year.

    Hi MostlyLurks,

Thanks for your post and sorry for the dealy getting back to you.

We've checked this and the statements on Card Care can only be downloaded as a PDF file.

    Thanks
    Tara
