Co ops, some builders suppliers and country hardwares usually have them for about 10€ I think.

Almost every hardware in Ireland will have them. Do carefully check what you buy as there is a bottom hinge that has a washer welded over the bottom of it and an open top hinge like the one you show. Then the different manufacturers make slightly different version and there is one that fits the railway track you have and a larger version for H section steel.
