Boiler replace

    Hi guys

    From personal experience, what boiler or combi boiler would you recommend for a 4 bed with 11 rads. Two adults, one toddler...

    Looking to replace a 17 year old Baxi boiler. Budget about 2k. The house has three zones if it makes any difference

    You first need to look at your mains water flow rate, if it’s fast you can then benefit from the higher rated gas Combi boilers 30kw+ if it’s not great then a 24kw boiler would suit as you can’t get the benefit of a bigger Combi if there isn’t the water pressure.

    Finding a good installer is far more important than make this is then followed by warranty length and service, personally I’d pop in to a few of your local suppliers and ask them who you should talk to and then get a few quotes, you can always come back for advice on the quotes you get.
