Texts on Samsung mobile

    Text messaging frozen for last few days. Is it possible to fix. Is it because of age of phone - Samsung about 7 years old using Tesco calls and texts.
    SIM issue or Settings or ?

    Vague description of problem, no model indicated. You won't get much help that way.

    Believe you have phone restarted.
    Were you "playing" with configuration settings?
    What ISP support says? Can they resend you config?

    Last would be reset phone to factory defaults. Backup data prior to that.

    Thanks both replies.
    Later I phoned Tesco after checking settings etc. with no improvement
    Their check showed no issues and that texts were sending - I couldnt see these on my screen.
    I discussed and agreed to change of service with provider. Five mins later got confirmatory text from them.
    Magically all texting then reverted to normal. I'm not saying that was not coincidence. Just happy things back to normal
