Closing current account problem

I am trying to close my account for over six months now. I followed the procedure UB described on their website (I don't currently live in Ireland). I made an official complaint, in response UB agreed that it's their error. That was few months back, my account is still opened and I am being charged fees.
In the meantime I was on to them countless times via phone, chat and formal mail.

Is there anything else I can do besides what I've been doing so far?
