Folks, some help be appreciated... anyone know of a good vet in Waterford?

My dog is fairly old, but got very sick very quick (lung, throat infection), seemingly his heart is in bother now too.... but I’m not convinced. Current vet was hit and miss diagnosing..... second opinion be great... can travel & don’t mind paying extra for someone some way specialist on the breed or knows his dogs!

    Thanks!

I use the pet hospital down by the park for my german shepherd cross and I've been very happy. He's young enough so no age related stuff, but he did have a very nasty leg injury and I was very happy with their care.
