Tekna/SVE with 6.6 OBC may just about come in on budget.
Have you got any links to actual cars you are considering?

I bought my 141 Tekna in Scotland in March 2017 but I drove it home.

You're budget looks fine. I got a 152 Tekna with 3.3 KW charger and 20k miles in Feb for €12600 landed.

Ordered over the phone and got it delivered by NVD. Would highly recommended this approach. You have to put a value on your time. Don't think its worth collecting in person myself. Only downside is you can't buy privately unless you are an incredibly trusting person.

Go to England, you'll get one a lot cheaper.

    +1
If your not mechanically ok looking over a car (I’ve boight more than I can remember over the years) then get someone else to look over.
But remember, the UK car checks are not EV specific so you are not getting a major look over. Seemly the RAC and AA checks are not worth their salt.

I got mine for €9980 all in including flights, ferry, plates, tax and food money just over 13 months ago but I was comfortable buying private. Took one full day of travelling.

Early flight, taxi, check car, drive back to port, ferry, drive home.

Nice. But then again I have the same car, in the same colour except I have the mudflats and the chrome pack. I would inagaine that’s a 12k car all day long cash price but go in and offer less. All they can say is no!
