Flying from Ireland to Perth. Stop of countries

    We would like to go to Perth from Ireland.
    We know that you can go direct from
    Ireland ➡️United Arab Emirates ➡️ perth

    HOWEVER we don't want to stop in UAE.
    Is there any other country you can fly direct to from Ireland that you can further then fly directly to Perth from?

    We don't want to stop in UAE basically because we've been there before and would like to see a different country. Thank you.

    Cathay Pacific will be flying to Hong Kong from Dublin from June this year

    We were in Perth last year for a wedding and we flew with Malaysian airlines . Perth to Malaysia , Malaysia to London and final leg London to Shannon . Only waiting an hour at most between stopovers .

    Or even from England. Anywhere in england that flies to any other country bar UAE, that flies directly to perth

    Qantas fly direct from London to Perth now. Ireland - UK - Oz

    Thanks but we want to stop somewhere on the way that's not UAE for a couple of nights! And London isn't really what were going for

    If you're including London then you're massively expanding the options - just have a look at Perth Airport's arrivals and you'll see what options are - Johannesberg, Denpasar, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore are ones I just saw there.

    Don't fixate on London though, often better value via Amsterdam/Paris with KLM/Air France and Lufthansa can also provide good value.

    From Dublin your choices are limited to Cathay - stop in Hong Kong, Emirates - Dubai & Qatar -Doha if you exclude Ethihad. If you don't mind the extra stopover in London (which can just be a transit), then basically the world is your oyster - Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Mauritius, Johannesburg, Bali...
