Hi,

We recently bought a 1950s Semi D, a friend who works for a large Architectural practice is looking after the planning for us and has brought the drawings up to that standard.

We require an architect to take it from here, so any recommendations would be gratefully received.

Their role would involve the following;
- prepare tender pack, tender and appointment of builder
- supervise construction & certify upon completion
- PSDP role

A summary of the project as follows;
Refurb
- fill floor void with insulation / concrete
- dry line external walls
- new windows / doors
- upgrade heating + electrics
- move 2-3 walls
- convert garage into den/study
- convert attic with new box window to rear
- timber floors on GF
- carpet upstairs
- tiled bathrooms / ensuite
Extension
- 40m2 extension with flat roof, roof lights
- New kitchen
