Looking to buy a house on a site with a second property.

Both houses use the same sewerage tank.

Only one drive for both properties

    Will this cause problems???

    All advice appreciated

You will need to tread very carefully.

Do a full planning search to see what has planning on the property and make sure it is all correct.

Also land registry search to confirm that maps are in order. Legal advice essential.

Don't forget that even if you are prepared to share with the current owner of the other house it could change hands in the future.

A lot of potential headaches, so if you can get something else I'd say walk away.
