Lasik with iv sedation

Does anyone know of anywhere in Europe that does lasik with iv sedation? I read an article about a US surgeon that does it. From a google search it does seem to be common enough over there but struggling to find anywhere in Europe that does it. All the Irish providers have told me they don’t do it. I would be too anxious to get it done otherwise and Valium/Xanax tablets have no effect on me. Any help would be appreciated.

I can’t post the link of the article I read as I’m a new user but it’s on healio.com and titled: Dealing with extremely anxious patients during LASIK
