    Hi folks,
I am hoping to go to either of the above with my wife and 3 kids in June 2019. Either the start of June or the end of June. My kids will be 12, 10 and 5.
Has anyone been to either of these camps and what are your thoughts.
I have been to Cambrils park twice last year and this June and would like to try Italy. I stay in bungalows in cambrils and would like to the same in these resorts too.
    Any thoughts welcome.

    My tuppence worth......

Union Lido which is close to Marina di Venezia on the Lido near Venice. Lots of similar campsites along there. Excellent campsite but we found the Lido a bit remote. Easy access to Venice & surrounding islands from Punto Sabbioni at the tip of the Lido but not much outside the parks to entertain children.

If I was going to Italy againg with children I think I'd be looking at Bella Italia or similar sites up near Peschiera del Garda. Gardaland is close by if they run out of things of do on site.

Only been to Bella Italia and couldn't fault it. Brilliant place and loads to do for kids. Nice walk into the small town which is lovely. We hired a car and did the 'James Bond' drive around Lake Garda and got to see some lovely villages and towns.
You're close enough to cycle to Sirmione too and bikes can be hired on site.

Haven't been to the other place but I'd definitely recommend Bella Italia. Was there last July and had a great time. The place was at full capacity but still did not feel over crowded. Well run and felt safe. Plenty to do inside and outside the camp. The town is lovely and within easy walking distance.
