    Hello,

We had an accident in our office and our new aforementioned monitor was smashed by a fallen shelf. Unfortunately, we don't have insurance on it. The monitor's casing is fine, but the screen itself is unusable.

We contacted Dell, but nobody could give us any definite answer on how to order just a screen.
I find it hard to believe that there is no screen we could buy and just replace it ourselves rather than buying a brand new monitor.

Maybe someone could advise us on what options we have to fix our problem? Or maybe someone from Dell could advise us on what to do?

    Thank you in advance

85-90% of the cost of a monitor is the LCD panel, better off with a new one
