Any idea when Amazon update their Warehouse Deals?

    I've been keeping an eye on a couple of searches for stuff I'm interested in Amazons Warehouse Deals and I wonder if anyone knows if there is a specific time of day when they update the stock?

    I guess they just update on the fly as stuff gets returned just the same as they update availability as stuff is sold but it would be useful to know if there is a time of day when most of the updates have been made so I can check then for new bargains rather than checking umpteen times a day :o
