    If for whatever reason you are moving to a new employer... Do you need to tell your current employer who your new employer is?
    Say you don't want them to know who it is.

    Not at all. Previous employer will issue P45 to your address. You can register your new employer with revenue when you start by quoting your employers registration number. Then when your P45 arrives you can post in the relevant section to the revenue and they will adjust any tax credits as necessary.

    There is absolutely no need for your current/previous employer to know details of your new employer

    All financial information regarding year to date income and taxes are addressed to you via the p45 as mentioned and follow the above steps and you be fine

    Don’t need to tell them at all who the new employer is
