CAO Supporting Documentation

    Hi folks,

    I have applied to a few courses through the CAO, sent off my supporting documents but when I go to view them I get


    " Error or invalid request. (Ref: DVIERR-01)

    Please try again."

    is anyone else having this problem? I am worried the colleges won't be able to see my supporting documentation.

    I can see mine just fine, I think you're better off emailing CAO directly about it!

    Their website is a mess, to be honest.

    The amount of times I've had issues logging in to my account at important dates is, frankly, ridiculous.

    And it's not user error. It's the site - buggy as hell

    thank you! I called and they said they can see my supporting documentation on their side, so hopefully the colleges can see them too.
