The return of the perm!

    Hello,
    Can anyone recommend a reputable hairdresser who has experience with perms (permanent waves) in Limerick - looking for soft curls with options for use different size rods - think Rita Ora type look.

    Perms are coming back but I'm not sure it's not a skill that will have been included in the current hairstylists training.
