Issue with setting up BOI Account for a student

    Hi,

    My daughter and her first year class mates set up BOI accounts as part of a schools TY project. We had completed the required permission forms in advance and the accounts were set up in the school on the 21st of March by a BOI official who took the initial 5e deposit from the girls. All of her class have received their cards and Pin numbers but my daughter has yet to receive anything.

    Would it be possible for someone to look into this for me? I have the lodgement slip that was provided to her on the 21st of March and the account number is on this. I can PM number to you.

    We are sorry to hear this.

    As we would need to speak to the account holder I would recommend that your daughter gives our customer care a call on 0818 365 365 and an advisor will be happy to check the status of the card and pin.

    Please tell your daughter to have the account number with her when calling through.
