Set in riot-torn, near-future Los Angeles, Hotel Artemis is an original, high-octane action-thriller starring Jodie Foster as The Nurse, who runs a secret, members-only hospital for criminals. Jodie Foster is joined by an all-star cast that includes Sterling K. Brown as Waikiki, Sofia Boutella as Nice, Jeff Goldblum as The Wolf King/Niagara, Brian Tyree Henry as Honolulu, Jenny Slate as Morgan, Zachary Quinto as Ilya, Charlie Day as Acapulco, and Dave Bautista as Everest.

"Yah know why they call him Everest? I think yah do."

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

Saw it tonight, really enjoyed it. An entertaining original movie (which is a rare thing during the summer season).
A great turn by Jodie Foster too - great to see her back on the big screen again.

I laughed a lot during this film. Mostly at how bad it was. Thought it just awful. You can definitely see that this was his directorial debut.

Very disappointing given the cast, it felt like a am-dram performance at times. Bautista is the best thing in it and he's not in it enough. Wouldn't recommend it to be honest.

Found it quite ordinary, really. Still, enjoyed the interaction between the main cast.

I enjoyed it. A couple of laugh out loud moments. Only ourselves and one other person in the cinema for it.
