Does anyone in Europe do Black Swan investment?

I know that the USA has plenty of options for tail-risk black swan funds.

I don't mean funds which can serve as insurance, I mean a dedicated investment institution which is specifically designed to follow Nasim Nicholas Taleb's ideas about investing in out-of-the-money options.

It's a good long time since the last crisis. Indeed we haven't really recovered from that one, not on the eurozone level.

Can I suggest that we keep the thread to posters who have read at least one Taleb book? Fooled by Randomness, for example.
