Advice on stamp 2 for applying to a new course

I am currently doing my Masters in DIT. However, I am not very satisfied with the course I picked and wanna apply for a Masters in a different field by either dropping out of my course or exiting it with a PG Diploma. I joined in September 2017. What I would like to know is considering the fact that I am an international student and already on stamp 2 in Ireland, what procedure will I have to follow to get a stamp 2 for a different course? What about the financial requirements to be shown as proof for the visa? Like for example, the 7,000 euros which I had to show while coming to Ireland 2017, do I have to show it again? Can anyone please tell me the procedure to be followed and the documents required to apply for or extend a stamp 2 visa in Ireland considering I am currently staying in Ireland on a stamp 2 visa already.
