    Hi Kaev,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

Prior to the cessation of water charges, to sell a property, it was required to have all water charges paid.

The Water Services Bill 2017 removes the requirement to have paid household water charges to Irish Water and provide evidence before selling a home and we would that you discuss this with your solicitor.

You can find more information here.

We hope this helps, please feel free to contact again with any further queries you have.

    Thanks,
    Allanah

    Can you help?
    Thank you
