So maybe someone can figure this out
I recently got an Smax with non-usb Ford 6000cd radio.
So I know this version does not come with Bluetooth streaming just call control.
Then my young man was watching YouTube kids on my phone and the audio played on the radio via BT.
I got the phone and could see it sending to Ford Audio.
It was like it was receiving a call as it had the time of length of call in the radio display and on the convers+
    So how did that happen?

I tried to use the podcasts app then to stream and nothing BT available on my phone to stream to.
I went back into YouTube kids and I couldn’t replicate it.
Tried all options AUX, etc and cannot repeat it.
Maybe a glitch in the matrix .. can’t work it out

some apps can route over the phone call protocol. I think you can get google maps to do it on android

Yeah, some apps that only transmit or receive voice commands can use the Hands Free Profile (HFP), which is the one used for phone calls. Navigation apps like Google Maps and Apple Maps can use it. Siri on the iPhone uses it too. Audio quality is not as good as on A2DP, the standard audio/music streaming profile, which is why music apps and YouTube don't use it.
