Hi all, I'm changing careers and see a lot of ads for hotel reception/ front office staff locally which I would love to do. I studied hotel and catering management in the dark ages before computerised systems. Lots of the ads say you need to be familiar with the specific reservations systems. I think Opera has been mentioned and some others too.
Where can I access training for this without doing a complete reception/ front office course. I have used airbnb and booking.com as admin in a country house but not specific hotel systems.
