    Hi

I am administrating my fathers estate where there is LPT owing on an old farm house since 2015. There is about €900 owing now on it.

The property roof is in bad shape and electricity and water are switched off. no one has lived there since 2015.

If i was to get an engineer report to specify that the house was uninhabitable now would i still be required to pay the old LPT charges from 2015-2018.
Im guessing if declaring its uninhabitable it only applies after the date declared ?
