    But I'm seeing more for those very bright LED bars being put just on top of the reg plates myself. In the dark it's impossible for the naked eye to make out the numbers

    Not sure about the cameras !

    The lights would be marked for off road use.

    Bull bar blocking reg is illegal of course.

    Dash cam legal.

    From 2005 high style bull bars are illegal and must be pedestrian friendly.

    I could be wrong, but I thought, that regulation only applied to factory fitted equipment, and that the loop hole was to have it fitted afterwards.. silly I know, but lots of laws have silly loop holes


    I'm open to correction, if someone has a link to the relevant eu directive.
